Our Story...
We met just 3 years ago and celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary on April 9th, 2024! We share many interests.. a love of music and outdoor events, time spent with our extended family, including the furry members of our family, and cooking delicious food! Sandy has a background in sales but found her calling working in the culinary arts and Paul knows his meat seasonings. We knew we were meant to be in the kitchen together! While attending events, we realized there were many good food trucks in our area featuring Mexican, BBQ, Asian and comfort food, but not as many gourmet sandwich offerings. So we decided to take our paninis on the road. Kyra, the youngest member of our team, got her first real job at age 14 at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Guess who's a magician with the Vitamix blenders! And thus a family business was born. But what to name it? In addition to the association with Appleton's rich history, our kitty "Houdini" is every bit the escape artist that Harry was! His brother Leo hasn't mastered the skill, so he asks Houdini to open doors for him. Check out the video of their escape act on our instagram page.
